8.15 August Fifteenth accepts Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

TAX
Sales tax of 8.875% will be charged only on items shipped within New York State.
SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped from our office in Manhattan, New York. All domestic orders are shipped via UPS with simply Flat Rates. We do not ship to multiple addresses per order. Orders received on weekend days, holidays, and after 12:00 noon EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

All packages are sent signature required unless requested otherwise. If the signature requirement is waived, the customer accepts responsibility for any missing and/or lost packages.
Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking information is sent once the order has been shipped.
8.15 August Fifteenth is not responsibility for customs fees incurred from importing goods.

RETURN/EXCHANGE
We will gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Merchandise must be returned unworn with all original tags attached, in any original packaging if possible, unwashed, and unaltered. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Augustfifteenth.com has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirement. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please refer to "How do I return an item?" for specific instructions. Unfortunately we are unable to provide online exchanges. If you wish to make an exchange, we ask that you return the original item for a refund and purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction. Please see above for the correct return procedure. The products purchased through Augustfifteenth.com can only be returned through Augustfifteenth.com.
All returns must be authorized by 8.15 August Fifteenth. Please send your return request to info@augustfifteenth.com with your order number and the specific items you would like to return. Upon receipt of a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from augustfifteenth.com, pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible and mark your RA# on the outside of the box. 8.15 August Fifteenth will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.

When your return is received, we will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return immediately but the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company.
All sales are final on pre-sale and sale items. No returns or exchanges are accepted on sale merchandise. No further price adjustments will be made on sale merchandise.
